Hi, I’m Rachel!

I’m a home baker who finds joy in chocolate, chai tea and well, honestly, more chocolate. My family brings me joy too, as long as they’re not eating my chocolate, obviously!

I grew up going to my Grandma’s house after church every Sunday. I was always marveling at the delicious desserts (plural because there was usually 2 or 3 desserts) she would fix for our family dinners, and trying to get the first piece, naturally. Don’t judge, eh.

In all my years watching her, I never saw her use anything but All-Purpose (AP) flour.
Because so many of my favorite childhood memories revolve around her and her kitchen, I want to recreate the love I felt through her kitchen and baking. I hope to bring that to my family and yours!
